Class description

If you have missed one, two or three classes from August term, this Catch up class is for you!

The Catch Up Friday class is open to all ICC students and will be taught by one of our experienced teachers. The focus in the class will vary depending on what levels the students are coming from. The aim is to go through key exercises from the levels to ensure that all students have to same know how when signing up for the next level.

Teachers

Lucy Vogelsang O’Dwyer

Lucy has been doing improv at ICC since she came to Copenhagen in 2021. Before that she studied theatre and acting at Kinsale College in Ireland, and has a degree in Performing Arts from Sunderland University (where she played Lord Farquaad in Shrek the Musical). Lucy has been teaching since 2025. She loves improv because it allows everyone to have a part in creating characters and playing together. She loves to collaborate and be inspired by her fellow team mates and her students, who are hilarious!

We do this through our robust training center, which features the best teachers in Copenhagen. Additionally, we bring expert teachers from North America with strong and extensive comedy backgrounds. Our classes aren’t just for those who want to perform and become their true artistic self. They are for anyone who wants to become more comfortable in front of an audience, improve their communication skills, take an interesting class, find like minded people (your “Tribe”), get out of their comfort zone, overcome their social anxiety, improve their English and, most importantly, get back to playing and laugh.
