3. You can receive an SMS / email latest within 10 days of your due payment, stating the amount due.

4. With Recurring payments and payment plans from your payment card, your card information will not be stored with the organisation, but will be stored through Stripe.com and Culmas.io ApS

5. Before any expiration of your payment card, the organisation will send a warning reminding you to update your payment information.

6. When you have received your new payment card you will log-in to the organisations system and update your information in due time

7. In case your card will be blocked by your bank, you are responsible for registering a new payment card, this also happens within the system og the organisation

GDPR

You hereby agree that Improv Comedy Copenhagen (ICC) and all companies affiliated with ICC are allowed to send you relevant information about the ICC Theatre, Training Centre and other activities created under the ICC umbrella of Improv Comedy Copenhagen ApS.

SHOWS

All seats on a 'first come, first served basis', except for certain premium shows. We do not offer preferred/reserved seating. Large groups should arrive early to ensure the entire party can be seated together.
ICC Theatre does not offer group discounts on show tickets.
If the ticket holder arrives at the theatre later than 10 minutes before the stated start of the show, we reserve the right to re-sell the seat to another person.
Every effort will be made to admit latecomers at a suitable point in the show, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
Using the theatre's wardrobe storage is at your own risk. ICC is not responsible for any loss or damage of guests' personal belongings.
Mobile phones and other electronic devices are distracting to performers and audience members. Please ensure they are switched off.
No food or drink purchased off the premises may not be brought into the theatre.
No pets allowed.
No video or audio recording is permitted without explicit permission from the theatre management.
Still photography is allowed but without flash.
Only in case of a cancelled show will a ticket refund be possible.
Changes in the show line-up/content do not constitute a cancellation. Although it is rare, line-ups are subject to change.
By purchasing a ticket you consent to film, photography and sound recordings on behalf of the theatre in which you be may included as a member of the audience. This also precludes that you consent to its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright.
Due to the nature of the improvised shows, content cannot be guaranteed as suitable for minors. However, all content will be dealt within a creative, intelligent manner and never in the spirit of hurtfulness or mockery.

COURSES (8 weeks Level 1A to Level 5)

The student agrees to pay the full tuition price for the specific course/workshop or the discounted price where a voucher code has been issued by a member of the ICC Training Centre staff. Placement is not secure until payment is received.
Students agree that they will be held financially responsible for the total amount payable for the course/workshop tuition should they decide to stop attending the course/workshop at any time. The ICC Training Centre offers a 'satisfaction or money-back guarantee' only under the condition that a) the student has completed the duration of the course, and b) they produce a legitimate and verifiable reason as to why they were dissatisfied.
Switching to another similar course is only possible up to 14 days prior to the start date of the original course and depending on availability.
Only in case of a cancelled course will a course refund be possible.
In order to ensure consistency of ability and educational level throughout the curriculum, students are allowed to miss a maximum of 2 classes per 8-week course. If more than 2 classes are missed or cannot be supplemented by attendance in another class (where available), the student will have to re-take the entire course to be able to proceed to the following level.
If a student wants to transfer/sell their course spot to another individual, this has to be carried out in writing through the ICC Course Administrator at: classes@improvcomedy.dk. A charge of 120DKK will be levied for administration costs.
Students agree to adhere to the expected behaviour outlined in our Code of Conduct document - see below [link].
Students must be on time – preferably 10 minutes early - for class.
In the unlikely event that there is a low number of signups for a given course, ICC reserves the right to reschedule the course for a later start date in order to ensure there are enough participants for all participants to get the greatest benefit.
Participation in a course means that you consent to film, photography and sound recording which may include you, as well as its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright.
No consumption of drugs, alcohol, or use of tobacco products (including e-cigarettes) is permitted during class.
If a student is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, they will be asked to leave the class for that week (out of respect for the other students).
Wanton destruction of physical class space, which includes but is not limited to the walls, chairs, lights, doors, and other ICC Theatre property will be referred to the relevant authorities.
No inappropriate verbal, physical or sexual conduct with other students or the class instructor.
Do not bring uninvited guests to classes.
Only students registered to the specific class or students who have pre-arranged attendance in the class through the ICC Course Administrator will be permitted in the class.
All students are asked to help foster a creative and supportive learning environment without distractions.
ICC is not reliable for any damages to material and/or personal injury that might happen during the course. Students are expected to act in a responsible manner in order to mitigate the likelihood of such injuries/damages.
Since improv thrives from support, students are asked to support their fellow classmates while in workshops by abstaining from eating, writing or reading text messages, using cellular phones, or talking while fellow classmates or teachers are the focus.
Inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and will result in suspension and removal from class without refund.
In the event of any dangerous, criminal, or violent behaviour at the ICC Theatre or related facilities this will result in termination of the student’s course attendance with no refund of course fees. Termination is final and the student will not be permitted to take any further classes arranged through the ICC Training Centre.

SPECIAL WORKSHOPS

The student agrees to pay full tuition fee for the workshop. Placement is not secure until payment is received.
Students agree that they will be held financially responsible for the total amount of the workshop tuition fee should they decide to cancel their participation in the workshop within 20 days before the workshop commences.
If the student cancels the workshop, the fee will be refunded as follows:

30 days or more before the workshop begins, ICC will refund 80% of your purchase.

Less than 30 days before the workshop begins, ICC will refund 50% of your purchase.

Less than 20 days before the workshop, there is no refund for any reason.

All cancellation requests MUST be in writing, and emailed to: classes@improvcomedy.dk
If a student wants to transfer/sell their course spot to another person, this has to be carried out in writing through the ICC Course Administrator at: classes@improvcomedy.dk. The student will be charged an admin fee of 120DKK.
Students agree to adhere to the expected behaviour outlined in our Code of Conduct (see below) [link].
Students must be on time for class - preferably 10 minutes early.
In the unlikely event that a specific teacher is prevented from attending their allotted special workshop, to avoid cancellation and disappointment, ICC can provide a substitute teacher of as similar level as possible in order to still run the workshop as planned.
By participating in a workshop you consent to film, photography and sound recording on behalf of the ICC Training Centre, which may include you. You also consent to its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright.
Consumption of drugs, alcohol, or use of tobacco products (including e-cigarettes) during workshops is NOT permitted.

ICC is not liable for any injuries or damage to material and/or persons that might occur during the workshops. Students are expected to act in a responsible manner in order to mitigate the likelihood of such injuries/damages.
In the event of any dangerous, criminal, or violent behaviour at the ICC Theatre or related facilities this will result in termination of all relations with the individual/s involved and no refund of fees paid. Termination is final and the student/s will not be permitted to take any further classes arranged through the ICC Training Centre.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Improv Comedy Copenhagen (ICC) aims to make improv open and accessible to everyone.

ICC aims to provide a fun, friendly, encouraging, trusting, safe and supportive environment where people can enjoy learning, performing and watching improv.

We believe that everyone can enjoy learning, performing and watching improv.

We aim to provide the best training, resources, shows and community that we can to support all improvisers and audiences.

We aim to provide a supportive and welcoming environment to people of all ages, genders, ethnic backgrounds, physical abilities, cultural views, sexual orientations, religions and nationalities, and are currently working to encourage greater diversity and accessibility in the improv scene.

IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT ANYTHING

ICC does not tolerate harassment of any kind. If you have a concern or complaint, or are worried about the behaviour of a fellow improviser, teacher, director or audience member, please talk to your teacher, the Head of the Training Centre or Artistic Director.

ICC has a variety of people you can choose to talk to unless you would prefer an impartial independent party.

Your concerns WILL be listened to, and follow-up actions agreed with you and carried out.

All concerns will be addressed in the strictest confidence between you and your chosen representative only, and will not be communicated to anyone else in ICC without your permission.

Talking to us helps us to continue to provide a safe and supportive space, and speaking up will never result in your status/role on the course, or in the theatre, being affected.

WE ALSO ASK OUR STUDENTS AND TEACHERS TO FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES BELOW

Improvise from a place of fun, love, kindness and respect for your fellow improvisers and audience.

Support each other - in and out of class - on and off stage.

Work together as a team.

Listen intently to your scene partner.

Collaborate with your scene partner, unless it is unsafe or demeaning to do so.

Collaborate, rather than compete, with your fellow improvisers.

Respect physical boundaries and don’t do anything physically dangerous to yourself or your scene partner.

Respect sexual boundaries, on and off stage.

Safety, trust and support are always more important than the temporary existence of an improv scene. So, if in doubt, stop the scene. You won’t be made to feel bad for doing so.

Risky subject matter in scenes is to be treated with full emotional intelligence, and your teacher is there to help you with this. As much as possible, avoid divisive topics in scenes.

Help us to create an environment free from sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, ageism or harassment of any kind, on and off stage.

We ask our students, teachers and performers to respect this at all times.
